Myrtle Beach Wine Tasting Club
Our Myrtle Beach wine tasting club is the Myrtle Beach Chapter of the American Wine Society. The AWS has 180 chapters across the US with over 6,000 members. At the Myrtle Beach Chapter, we have 30 to 50 people show up for our monthly wine tastings. New members and guests are always welcome! We meet on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM. Our wine tastings usually follow the same pattern: we discuss wine club business and plans for about 5 minutes, then let the wine tasting begin! Our wine tastings usually have a theme, such as “South African Wines,” or “California Reds,” or “Which Wine with Which Chocolate.” Local wine shops conduct some of the wine tastings, some are led by winery representatives, while still others are put on by our own members.
